Since 2013, Sheana has embraced an extraordinary life of recovery, infusing her teachings with a profound understanding into the powerful synergy of personal discovery and spiritual awakening. Sheana is a humble and grateful student and teaches weekly Yin Yoga classes, workshops, retreats and leads the Yin Yoga Mentoring Program at YogaFlow in San Francisco.
