​I’m Sheana, and I'm here to guide you on a transformative journey toward self-discovery and spiritual well-being. As a Somatic Wellness Coach, Yoga Mentor, and Meditation Teacher, I've spent the past 20 years learning from incredible teachers and diving deep into Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Buddhism, and 12-Step Recovery.

I am deeply passionate about blending personal discovery with spiritual awakening in my teachings. I believe in creating a space where you can explore self-acceptance, uncover your true nature, and experience those breakthrough moments that reveal the beauty within.

Alongside my endless love of self-development, I teach weekly Yin Yoga classes, workshops, and retreats, and lead the Yin Yoga Mentoring Program at YogaFlow in San Francisco.
